HardestDeepest Sword is a physics platformer where your sword gets longer every time you win: climb the cave with a blade that keeps getting in the way.
About Deepest Sword
Deepest Sword is about a knight, a dragon and a sword that is too long. Each time you reach and stab the dragon, the sword grows, and the next climb through the cave has to be done with a blade that catches on every ledge. Movement is physics-based: the sword is a lever, a pole and a liability all at once.
It is Getting Over It's funnier cousin and a good lesson in doing small, careful movements.
How to Play Deepest Sword
- Press Play and start with the short sword.
- Walk, jump and use the sword to vault ledges.
- Reach the dragon and stab it.
- Climb again with a longer sword. Repeat.
Controls
- Arrow keys or A/D: move.
- Mouse: angle the sword.
- Space: jump.
Tips and Tricks
- Plant the sword and push off it like a pole.
- Angle it up in narrow passages so it does not catch.
- Every extra length changes the route. Do not trust last run's path.
- The last sword is absurd. That is the joke and the ending.
